Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do it at least 24 hours before the meeting. If you wish to change the date or timing, use the reschedule link in the Calendly email you have received. You can make changes up to six hours before the session starts. Please note that if you are unable to join the Zoom call within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will have to be concluded.
Missed Sessions
If you are more than 10 minutes late to your session, it will be marked as completed. Your expert will attempt to contact you via email and phone before ending the session. Our experts reserve this time exclusively for you, pausing other work or commitments to give their full attention. This policy ensures fairness and appropriate compensation for their time. Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds.
Unused time
Our consultations are booked in time blocks. If a session concludes early, the remaining time is used to conduct further research or assist via email. Unused time is not refunded, as the time has been allocated exclusively for you.
