How do you help me?

We offer support through live Zoom-sessions where we can view your phone or computer screen to provide step-by-step guidance. Setting this up is quick and easy, simply download Zoom Workplace on your device.

You can find the Zoom app on the App Store, Google Play, or download it directly to your computer or MacBook at Zoom.us/download.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do it at least 24 hours before the meeting. If you wish to change the date or timing, use the reschedule link in the Calendly email you have received. You can make changes up to six hours before the session starts. Please note that if you are unable to join the Zoom call within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will have to be concluded. 

Missed Sessions

If you’re more than 10 minutes late to a session, it will be considered completed. Our experts reserve that time exclusively for you, often setting aside other work or opportunities to provide their full attention. This policy reflects their commitment and ensures they’re fairly compensated for their time. Refunds cannot be issued for missed appointments.

Unused time

Our consultations are booked in time blocks. If a session concludes early, the remaining time is used to conduct further research, escalate your case, or assist via email. Unused time is not refunded, as the time has been allocated exclusively for your case.
